LV

Louis Vuitton Fall 2009 RTW is girly, 80's inspired and fabulous! The collection has frivolous details like bows and ruffles, but what girl doesn't like to dress like a doll sometimes!

Jumpsuits!

Jumpsuits make life easy when getting dressed because all you need to decide on are shoes and accessories.  I've picked this soft silk jumpsuit from Ali Ro because it is relaxed and sexy.  The lively color pattern is perfect for a hot summer night.  Have some fun with this jumpsuit by adding bangles and gladiator sandals!

Make a Wish Barbie!

I was a "Barbie girl" growing up. I had the hot pink Barbie Corvette, the Barbie House, and outfits and accessories galore. I was always concerned with buying the fashionable outfits and shoes rather than buying new dolls, because Barbie could never go out with Ken in the same outfit she wore the week before. I styled her wardrobe by mixing and matching pieces and would separate the looks in individual sandwich bags. Barbie spurred my interest in fashion and although I don't play with Barbie anymore, I still adore her. To me, she is a style icon that never ages.

On March 9th, Barbie will be celebrating her 50th Birthday party at a full size Malibu Dream House styled by famed "Happy Chic" interior designer Jonathan Adler. Barbie will be rolling out the pink carpet for one of the hottest birthday celebrations of the year.

Visit Bloomingdales at 59th and Lex to shop exclusive Barbie fashions, Juicy Couture Barbie dolls, and to view the many vintage dolls on display.

Happy Birthday Barbie, Make a Wish!

Bag Lady

I must admit... I will always be in love with ballerina pink! Juicy Couture's China C Satchel is my MUST HAVE bag for spring. The pastel pink is right on trend for the season, but the bag is also offered in vibrant green and black. The charms hanging from the handle are in typical Juicy fashion, making it flirty and fun. My favorite aspect of this bag is the shoulder strap, because let's face it... you need your hands free for the shopping bags!

China C Stachel; $350
